Our client is embarking on a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation project and are looking for 3 SAP Functional Consultants to be the intermediary between the business and the implementation partner. You will bring your specific SAP experience as well as domain knowledge in the finance (FICO) or manufacturing (SD/MM/PP) industry to this.It's a 1+1 year contract with possibility for extension depending on project progress.

Requirements gathering from business users and relevant stakeholders for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Analyse the requirements to ensure it's optimised - business process re-engineering.
Deliver requirement to external vendor to ensure the solution can be implemented on time and fit-for-purpose.
Holding stakeholders accountable and be technically knowledgeable on the ins and outs of SAP S/4HANA or SAP FICO.
Conduct thorough testing to validate system integrity and accuracy, including user acceptance testing.
Educate end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality and processes to ensure user adoption.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and optimise SAP S/4 Hana performance post-implementation.

Work on a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation project|Use your proven delivery skills to drive this project to completion - 2026You should have delivered an SAP FICO or SAP S4/HANA solution from end-to-end:

Experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP FICO is a MUST.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and adeptness at troubleshooting complex issues to ensure project success.
Effective communication skills, able to influence and manage expectations and deadlines.
Risk management, problem solving, and adaptability is something you naturally bring to the table.

Our client is one of the leading beverages companies with a strong market presence in Southeast Asia. They manufacture, distribute and market renowned brands across South East Asia. You very likely have several of their products in your fridge. They are looking to do a Group-wide digital transformation project - SAP S/4HANA.They have completed phase 0 of the project and are now looking for SAP Functional Consultants in with specific module experience to be the bridge between the business and their implementation partner.
