Our high-tech manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class products, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility. When you’ll work… We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Lead for our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm.What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Lead, you'll:
Lead our maintenance teams in supporting production by ensuring the upkeep and repair of all machinery and equipment.
Coach, develop, and inspire the team to maintain seamless production functionality.
Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on various controls such as PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and efficiency standards.
