RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager - Infrastructure to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Infrastructure Division.MissionThe role focuses on supporting project management activities to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Your role will involve assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution to meet client requirements and organizational objectives.Key AccountabilitiesAssist in project planning and scheduling activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.Support the monitoring and control of project progress, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks.Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing timely updates and addressing client inquiries and concerns. #LI-AC2EducationMaster's Degree in Civil EngineeringQualificationsKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in EnglishCompetencies
