About Cryogenic Tank Services AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide. As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services. Business Developer key mission will be to maintain the existing customers portfolio as well as to develop a new sales plan and successfully implement it to meet ambitions in the MCS business How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW Expand our customer portfolio and our geographical footprint in new territories: identify potential customers, deliver compelling presentations about MCS offers, effectively communicate offer features and benefits and address customer concerns. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationship with customers: Answer their gas logistics needs and all ISO rental and maintenance requests through a competitive offer, identify upselling opportunities (maintenance, recurring contracts.. ) Ensure customer satisfactio n through the deployment of digital tools, regular review and actions plans within the company. Contribute to Maritime Cryosupply transformation. Capture new end user market segments and broaden our offer through the supply of new molecules : H2 and biomethane Safety : ensure safety standards implementation Are you a MATCH Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering discipline required; MBA is a plus Sales experience : 3 to 5 years minimum Strong sales & business development skills, ability to detect customer needs & sales opportunities and to close deals Strong marketing skills ; ability to understand market players & market dynamics Self-motivator with strong group facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively and communicate with various stakeholders and different cultures Ability to manage & balance multiple priorities Ability to anticipate challenges & to show initiative to overcome them , English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus. Ability to present and analyze data. Knowledge of industrial gas and Bulk delivery and international shipment is a plus Solid knowledge of APAC region & market players Availability for international travel **We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
