- Assume a leadership role in planning, executing, and closing improvement projects within the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) department, collaborating with various leaders to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with leaders from different departments, including End-to-end Transactional Process Improvement, Functional Excellence, Internal Governance, to understand project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or roadblocks. Implement contingency plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with department leaders to allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary support to meet project objectives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project, providing regular reports to department leaders on project status, milestones achieved, and areas requiring attention.
- Support leaders in change management efforts associated with improvement projects, assisting in the communication and adoption of new processes or frameworks.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within project teams, seeking feedback, and implementing lessons learned to enhance project management processes.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3-5 years' experience
- Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP or any other Project Management certification, preferred
- Smartsheet / Power BI experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in process improvement or organizational development projects.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills, planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, guiding teams through transitions.
- Proven leadership skills, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals.
