- Possess a digital-first mindset, staying ahead of new visual trends and the competitive landscape to source best-in-class visual ideas and solutions, with a particular focus on paid media and social creative.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and execute on brand and product social media content for new product launches, seasonal marketing campaigns for Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and more.
- Develop imaginative ways for our brand to have a positive impact for our community.
- Concept compelling content visuals that boost brand love, advocacy and education.
- Experiment with and execute ideas across multiple social media touchpoints and creative execution solutions including but not limited to; stop motion, continuous motion video, and native in-app editing tools.
- Participate in and attend weekly meetings and creative reviews, analyzing project briefs, marketing objectives, copy requests, and iterations.
- Be open to learning new process and tools to create ideas and fresh content.
- Generate ideas quickly and articulate them well, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Must be able to effectively articulate vision, present and explain creative decisions/rationale to key stakeholders.
- Skills in versatility and adaptability with the capacity to handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations at once, while remaining flexible through multiple revisions and keeping a keen attention to detail.
- Adept at preemptively identifying problems and devising solutions.
- Work independently, proactively anticipating problems and devising solutions, taking initiative to find solutions that ensures brand standards and social media guidelines.
- 3+ years as a Social Content Creator and Digital Designer primarily focusing on beauty brands (emerging, disruptive and cult beauty brand experience is a plus)
- You grew up on social media and have proven expertise leveraging social media content creation tools, streamlining asset creation towards engaging and dynamic visuals
- Strong portfolio showcases lead social asset creation, exceptional design, masterful typography/layout, and keen eye for translating brand identities. Designing for ecommerce, social and paid media creative is a must
- Expert in native social media tools and channels for content creation
- Knowledge in graphic design principles; strong visual design sense, excellent typography & layout skills, keen eye for detail and translating brand guidelines through all creative
- Fluency in current graphic design digital practices and Adobe CC Suite, including motion graphics a plus (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience working with marketing teams and demonstrated flexibility in management of creative execution needs, and ability to positively respond to critique/feedback
- Strong conceptual skills and resourcefulness
- Self-disciplined and motivated in a fast-paced environment that requires creativity, strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter, positive attitude, sense of humor, and can work independently and values collaboration and feedback
- Interest and enthusiasm for clean beauty and skincare
- Skilled in photography, lighting, videography, editing, motion graphics and post-production
- Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
