- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to re-engage dormant accounts across Europe.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of eight Inside Sales Representatives based in Poland.
- Set clear team goals and sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Foster a culture of success, motivation, and exceptional performance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure consistency and optimize overall sales strategies.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in sales, particularly within the European market.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and experience in strategic sales planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel as required within Europe.
