- Provide high-quality candidates to the respective communities’ preparatory course/school by working closely with prospective Warrior Challenge candidates to maximize their potential in the SEAL, SWCC, EOD, ND, AIRR, and HM-ATF initial training pipelines.
- Ensure proper screening of all Warrior Challenge candidates in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) and provide feedback to the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) HQ Warrior Challenge Program Managers
- Administer Physical Screening Tests (PSTs) while candidate is in the DEP.
- Provide consultation services at large recruiting events by providing applicants and recruiters with information about the Warrior Challenge Communities, discussing quality of successful candidates and community training programs.
- Work closely with active duty NRD and Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Warrior Challenge Coordinators to perform aspects of testing.
- Maintain accurate records of travel, activity, testing, results, etc. in NRD and NTAG files.
- Network with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as community members, athletic directors, gym owners, and coaches.
- Maintain records of each candidate in the PST Tracker website. Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to tracking PST results.
- Maintain monthly log of applicants, PST schedules, summary of PSTs, and clinic activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise to assist NRDs and NTAGs with coordination of Warrior Challenge recruiting events and provide feedback on successes.
- Consult on the presentations of briefings at high schools, colleges, or other Warrior Challenge events for the purpose of educating prospective recruits.
- Provide a Monthly Planner, conduct physical fitness sessions with Future Sailors at regularly scheduled DEP meetings to prepare members for boot camp, and deliver presentations to identify potential applicants.
- Must be a former SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, AIRR, HM-ATF who served in various leadership and operational positions while on active duty, and honorably separated.
- Have and maintain a thorough knowledge of all NSW, NSO (SEAL, SWCC, ND, EOD, AIRR, and HM-ATF) programs with respect to serving in these programs while on active duty .
- Maintain a professional appearance, and a high degree of physical fitness.
- Possess the ability to demonstrate and explain all points of performance for exercises included in the PST.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
- Be skilled with Microsoft Office WORD, Power Point, Excel, and evaluating data.
- SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
