- Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills;
- Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills;
- Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Registered Nurses;
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA/AASW);
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred);
- Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
- Australian full working rights;
- Current NSW's Driver License and access to motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
