As a Business Development Executive within The Recruitment Co. you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity and achieve expected productivity levels and targeted revenue generation. Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location and throughout the entire UK within your market sectors.Key Responsibilities include:
- To ensure set targets are achieved with regard to: Sales, Profitability & Margin
- Generate, qualify, and develop new business prospects/leads
- Close new business opportunities
- Identifying vertical market opportunities
- Arrange and attend online and site meetings
- Working with the wider team to arrange a client-preferred recruitment process
- Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role or a business-to-business sales environment.
- A genuine passion for business development and forging long-lasting relationships.
- The proven ability and drive to exceed targets and a genuine desire to succeed.
