Job Description:Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various business teams to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Design, develop, and implement robust and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Rigorously clean, organize, and validate data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
  • Document reports thoroughly, outlining data sources, transformations, and calculations for clarity and maintainability.
  • Design and implement secure data access policies within Power BI and other data platforms.
  • Create user-friendly UI designs, ensuring reports and dashboards are intuitive and user-friendly.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years enrolled in a business, data science, computer science, or related undergraduate program.
  • A strong foundation in data analysis concepts and methodologies.
Skills
  • Required Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and visualization techniques.
  • Expert-level data cleaning and transformation skills.
  • Solid understanding and experience with relational databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly Desirable Skills
  • Experience with data modeling and dimensional data warehouse design.
  • Familiarity with other Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Superset).
  • Basic understanding of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake, AzureSQL).
