Unit DescriptionSodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Catering Executive Chef to join our team for a potential sale account in Parsippany, NJ! The food operation consists catering operations.The Catering Executive Chef will be responsible for food production for our catering operation. This location serves Breakfast and Lunch M-F. The Catering Executive Chef will be instrumental in elevating the food offering, ensuring quality and presentation. The Ideal candidate will have high volume catering experience. Other Duties include but not limited to:
  • catering
  • menu planning
  • ordering
  • inventory
  • food and labor cost
  • creativity and innovation, but must deploy our corporate programs
  • managing a team of up to 10 hourly employees
  • leading, training and coaching staff
  • hands on in the kitchen about 80% of the time

Basic Management Experience - 2 years
