• 協助與外部廠商/跨組織洽談合作，爭取資源提升績效。
• 協助助策劃活動並製作宣傳物等，提升客戶申辦及用卡誘因。

• 正向積極、具企圖心。
• 具邏輯思考及規劃能力。
• 有銀行經驗尤佳。

• Master market trends and competitor dynamics, and utilize tools such as data analysis to understand customer needs, assisting in planning credit card product management strategies and implementation, promoting card acquisition and usage.
• Assist in negotiating partnerships with external vendors/organizations to secure resources for performance enhancement.
• Aid in event planning and promotional material production to enhance customer acquisition and card usage incentives.

• Positive and proactive with a sense of initiative.
• Logical thinking and planning abilities.
• Banking experience is preferred.
