- Operational Support: Safely and efficiently support operations within the pilot plant, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and industry standards.
- Formulation Processing: Collaborate with your scientific colleagues to schedule and execute formulation processing experiments. Document experimental procedures, record results, and develop comprehensive reports.
- Technical Expertise: Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and propose follow-up actions based on experiment outcomes.
- Safety and Quality: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to quality control efforts.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, communicate across departments, and support process engineers.
- Planning: Preparing the activity schedule for the Pilot Plant
- Production or Pilot plant experience & knowledge on GMP –minimal 5 years of experience
- English / French – both average level (talking & writing)
- IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Writing (SOP & reports)
- Basic chemistry, mechanics, electricity & mathematics
- Experience with SAP
- Accuracy: lab profile without necessarily being a lab technician
- Work independently.

- Expérience en production ou en usine pilote et connaissance des GMP - minimum 5 ans d'expérience
- Anglais / français - niveau moyen dans les deux cas (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Compétences informatiques (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Rédaction (SOP et rapports)
- Connaissances de base en chimie, mécanique, électricité et mathématiques
- Expérience avec SAP
- Précision : profil de laboratoire sans être nécessairement un technicien de laboratoire
