Established and busy plastic surgery practice seeking experienced aesthetic nurse or nurse practitioner to join growing team.Our Plastic Surgery office is actively seeking a talented, vibrant, and experienced registered nurse with a passion for aesthetic medicine. This exciting opportunity entails working 25-35 hours per week, offering expert anti-aging and aesthetic skin care services to our valued clientele.We are in search of an individual with not only a wealth of aesthetic medicine knowledge but also an exceptionally friendly and upbeat personality. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding patient education skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Excellent patient care and bedside manners a must. Experience in non-invasive cosmetic treatments and injectables is preferred. Duties include but not limited to:
- Minimum 2-3 years of working in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environment
- Must have strong ability to consult and provide treatment options
- Assist in surgeries, pre and post care as well as Follow up calls
- Injectables/Fillers experience is a MUST
- Lasers, IPL, RF, and other non-surgical modalities experience is a MUST
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Works well with others, but is a self-motivator
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Exercises sound decision making
- Eager to learn, diligent, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus
- Formal training and certification in injectables and fillers preferred
- Must be an aesthetic visionary and problem solver
- Must enjoy educating as well as treating patients
- Leadership skills a bonus Must be efficient, yet pays close attention to details
- Appropriate sales-ability is a plus
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- patients for side effects or reactions
- assist in surgery
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with botox, filler and lasers
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
