We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting for both domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
2. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decisionmaking
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators
6. Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements
8. Support financial audits and compliance efforts
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financeQualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Fluency in English and spanish written and spoken
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
