- Strategic HR Management: Develop and manage comprehensive HR policies and programs that enhance the lifecycle of employee engagement, from hiring through retirement, while ensuring alignment with Vietnamese laws and organizational goals.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a diverse team across multiple HR functions, providing direction and support in HR policy development, compensation and benefits, payroll, tax compliance, and more.
- Process Improvement: Re-engineer HR administrative processes to achieve optimal balance between compliance and service quality. Address complex issues with innovative solutions aligning with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust communication channels with university staff and alumni, providing high-level advisory support and ensuring strong, productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Regional and Global Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams across different regions to standardize and improve HR services, fulfilling the university's vision for process transformation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR management roles within multinational organizations, including extensive work with both foreign and local employees in Vietnam.
- Comprehensive expertise in compensation and benefits, employee relations, and broad HR functions such as performance and change management.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam labor law, statutory insurance practices, and personal income tax compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop HR teams.
- Proven track record in HR process improvement.
- Native Vietnamese proficiency and a minimum IELTS General Band Score of 7.0 achieved within the last two years.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification.
- Relevant experience in higher education environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups and complex negotiations.
- Strong leadership in managing change, with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
