- Provide technical support and assistance to users via various channels (phone, email, in-person, remote access control) with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Document all activity according to departmental standards.
- Manage and maintain email servers (Outlook, Exchange Server, Google Workspace), VPN, Ubiquiti, Internet, and office servers to ensure seamless functionality and security.
- User creation, password resets, and access configuration in Active Directory and File Server
- Assist with hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system security to safeguard data integrity.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring compatibility and adherence to security protocols.
- Perform IT onboarding process for newly hired employees
- Provide timely technical troubleshooting and problem resolution both remotely and directly to all IT tickets raised.
- Collaborate with IT team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex technical issues, develop technical documentation, and promote IT best practices.
- Manage asset inventory records for all IT equipment, procure hardware, software, and IT-related supplies, and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes for new employees.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks on IT systems, including updates, backups, and security patches, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on IT trends, cybersecurity, and other IT topics to improve our IT systems and processes.
- Perform WFH checks to ensure employees have necessary tools and resources for remote work and manage campaigns to promote IT best practices across the organization.
- Creates documentation and instructional guides for systems/applications procedure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or similar experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
- Knowledge of email servers, Outlook, Exchange Server, Google Workspace, VPN, hardware/software setup, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Ubiquiti and Servers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data privacy regulations
- Willing to work onsite and can start asap
