What is the SPARC Program?Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center is a department of the Devereux organization, offering empirically-validated behavior treatment programs for individuals with autism, as well as individuals with behavioral concerns or other developmental disabilities. SPARC’s values and clinical strategies align strongly with our 107-year-old organization and mission, which is focused on changing lives by unlocking and nurturing human potential for people living with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.In this role you will: Conduct appropriate assessments to develop and/or modify Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and coach staff, and/or parents in the necessary interventions so plans can be correctly implemented. Maintain and analyze data. Directly implement and supervise implementation of baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.You will be offered:

  • Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field;
  • Must hold a current BCBA certification;
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to people with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges as a BCBA and at least 1-year experience consulting/working within a school preferred.
