- Work with Microsoft Solutions & Sales Management to determine quarterly priorities based on current business requirements.
- Work with the team to drive growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new accounts.
- Ensure prospecting into Enterprise Focus accounts through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.
- Actively staying on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge.
- Build a working relationship with Microsoft Solutions Team to drive engagement with local Microsoft Solutions Account Teams.
- Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Microsoft Business Development and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.
- Stay current on new platform offerings from Microsoft Solutions and develop Microsoft subject matter expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of Sales Management or Team lead experience required
- 2+ years of Experience selling/ working with Microsoft product offerings, licensing strategies, and competitive selling motions preferred
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
- Ability to coach and manage performance and sales metrics, quotas, and MBOs.
- A linear, logical thinking style with the ability to break down and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify value in an unstructured situation.
- Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to excel in a high-performing & fast-paced environment.
- Achievement of MCP and Azure Fundamentals certifications (within 90 days of hire)

- Position requires 10% travel
- This position’s estimated annual pay range is $100,000 - $220,000, including a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
