- Knowledge of IB or an inquiry-based, interdisciplinary education
- A high-energy person with enthusiasm and passion for supporting all learners
- Experienced with college preparatory learning environments
- Able to develop a culture of caring, compassion, and support in an environment that values each student's gifts and challenges.
- Experience as an educator in high school private education is mandatory.
- Inquiry/project. based learning experience.
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
