- Process staff attendance.
- Manage student attendance and ReNEW’s truancy process.
- Handle all of the tasks associated with dropping students
- Assist HR with I9 submission
- Process all Finance Forms as well as maintain Finance Binder/Folder
- Handle all transportation change requests and Google Doc maintenance
- Manage the communication and follow through with the school's maintenance team
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding
- Process Key Issuance and collection
- Organize school tours
- Oversee staff computer collection, paperwork, and closeout procedures
- Manage copy machine maintenance and supply orders
- Support the school-based transportation system.
- Collaborate with custodians and other operations staff to ensure that all internal school operations are running consistently at a high quality. This will include working with the Director of Operations on Custodial walkthroughs
- Collaborate with school-based lunch staff to ensure efficient federal food services program, including but not limited to staffing the POS and daily reporting, when necessary.
- Processing financial request documents.
- Managing volunteers and volunteer projects.
- Coordinating logistics for building events.
- Interfacing with vendors as they visit the building.
- Intake and exiting of students within the system.
- Verify student data and maintain paper student files.
- Maintain students’ class schedules.
- Prepare data for state reporting and compliance.
- Work with school leaders to ensure accurate attendance.
- In addition to the expectations listed above, you will bring the following to your school and students:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 2 or more years of school-based experience, preferably in an under-served area
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year of Operations, customer service, and front desk experience
