High School diploma required
Current CPR & First Aid Certification preferred
Experience working with children in a licensed child care facility preferred
Prefer CDA or Associates Degree in Child Care Education or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the classroom program and child assessment
Oversee caregiving staff as well as overall care and supervision of children
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Planning and implementing the daily program
Caring for the environment, including general housekeeping tasks
Attend all staff training sessions
Additional duties as required
