  • High School diploma required
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification preferred
  • Experience working with children in a licensed child care facility preferred
  • Prefer CDA or Associates Degree in Child Care Education or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the classroom program and child assessment
  • Oversee caregiving staff as well as overall care and supervision of children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and implementing the daily program
  • Caring for the environment, including general housekeeping tasks
  • Attend all staff training sessions
  • Additional duties as required

The grounds are filled with gardens and many trees – and the local farmer plants and grow a rotating crop of corn and soybeans. Supporting the staff in implementing a quality educational program and developing positive relationships with the children and their parents, the teacher observes and documents children's interests and progress and relays that information back to parents and staff. Teachers are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the direction of the Director.Potential Locations: LincolnPay Rate: Based on education and experience
