Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, communication with guests for game day suite orders, order entry, scheduling, file maintenance and timekeeping.This role will pay an hourly wage of $22.00 to 25.00.For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.Start date- 5/6/2024, End Date 10/1/2024Responsibilities
  • Take orders for suite amenities, including food and beverage items, special requests, and additional services.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Accurately record guest orders using the appropriate ordering system.
  • Ensure that all orders are entered promptly and accurately, including any special instructions or modifications.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to fulfill guest orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest orders, including order details and payment information.
  • Complete administrative duties, such as processing payments, preparing invoices, and generating reports as required.
Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge and skill in using computer software, including MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
  • Ability to adhere to a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain open, direct, positive, and objective lines of communication with management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks calmly, professionally, and with flexibility
  • Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner with employees, clients, vendors, business contacts, etc.
  • Ability to be self-directed in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary, as required in an event-driven environment
  • Ability to work overtime hours, if necessary
