About the Role:Support enterprise sales goals of Association products and services to accounting firms, companies and other interested organizations.You Will:Manage many daily operational tasks to support the learning sales process for all B2B clientsFollow defined Sales Operations processes relating to inbound call/email handling, lead routing, and post-sales operations activitiesResolving issues and inquiries sent to aicpalearning@aicpa.org or received by phoneDevelop, qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate account manager or business development managerEnsure complete and correct entry of client and opportunity information within CRM (Salesforce)Enter and process orders on the same day they are receivedAnticipate and quickly resolve or escalate product fulfillment issues to ensure delivery and high client satisfaction.Provide first level client technical support for log-in issues, username and password requests, browser issues, course loading problems, or inability to run reports.Content provisioning/deployment of on-demand courses for customersPrequalifying leadsProvide client communications support, such as coordinating file transfers and form uploads, sending requested product information or sales literature, and other requestsSupport business development managers and account managers in ensuring new leads and sales activities are captured and maintained in our organization's CRM and other systemsCreate Salesforce reports.Create client invoices promptly, including providing vendor and company information to clientsCoordinate with Accounting to review and manage Accounts Receivable reports to ensure collectionsMaintain to assured processing of all sales, delivery of all client deliverables and a high customer satisfaction level.Identify opportunities to improve internal and client-facing processesYou Have:Customer focusManage multiple priorities and tasksBachelor's degreeHow We Support You:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
