Duration: 12+ MonthsEngagement Description:The Senior IT Architect will lead the design of capabilities and solutions, and business architecture for new products and strategies within Market Solutions. They will refine the researching of solution operating models to develop creative and efficient solutions for Market Solutions. This role provides support for the business architecture discipline as defined by departmental requirements. The Senior IT Architect will provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the development of business architecture within the enterprise to deliver business value through technology. Collaboration with product, platform, and service owners to evolve and align the technology vision, including evaluation and selection, is essential. The Senior IT Architect will partner with business stakeholders and Product Development to understand the business strategy and discuss solutions and options, considering the future state ecosystem. They will become a trusted partner within business and IT across the Enterprise and work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HealthCare Payer Operations, Provider/Group facing Applications.
- Leading strategies, principles, and standards to guide business architecture efforts across the division.
- Create strategy, vision, roadmaps, business capability models, Value Stream Mapping, and conceptual solutions/design.
- Lead responsibility for planning and developing system solutions that improve business efficiency, productivity, and support business strategies and goals.
- Strong understanding of overall Business/Solution architecture to comprehend the issues and implications of proposed systems and solutions.
- Create Business models and roadmaps and assess capability and process gaps between current and future states.
- Design solutions for existing or new problems and support tasks and activities involved in successful implementation.
- Provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the development of architecture required to meet business strategies and goals.
- Conceive solutions, build consensus, and execute solutions.
- Work with project, product, and service teams to understand business requirements and influence strategy with technology trade-offs.
- Ability to drive consensus on complex matters involving diverse stakeholders with varying points of view.
- Collaborate with business, solution, and enterprise architects to understand architecture implications on information architecture and maximize information value across the organization.
- Hands-on involvement in Agile, Lean startup- Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and outcome-based delivery models.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
