The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The associates within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management ‘from the basement to the boardroom’ through their range of responsibilities. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below:
- Develops relationships with local clinical staff and leadership to aid in implementation of new contracted products and services
- Leads all product conversions to new contracted items, this includes but is not limited to clinical engagement, education, and serving as the subject matter experts for new products
- Proactively identifies and implements local product savings opportunities
- Escalates contracted product and service issues as needed
- Leads local Decision Teams to determine any local products (specialty) needs
- Coordinates local product needs with your local Operations counterparts
- Aids in the support of product backorder and recall management, local savings opportunities, and reprocessing management
- Understands and enforces the Vendor Access Policy(ies)
- Works with National Training Coordinator to conduct new product trials, training, and introduction of new critical supplies and services with staff and physicians
- Develops strategies on how to meet with clinical leadership, key physicians, and ambulatory leaders to review performance and value metrics, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
- Trains, educates, and mentors new Associate Manager, Integration when applicable
- Serves as a clinical resource for Integration peers and Contract Design partners
- Conducts basic analytics to calculate value and identify opportunities
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred, clinical degree - BSN, RBN, PT - preferred)
- 2+ years of professional experience (business, healthcare administration, or supply chain)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
