We are seeking candidates for Production Lead roles on the 2nd Shift. The hours for this position are 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday. Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assignment
Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What you need to be a Production Lead:
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
