You must be able to work at top speeds on the phone and the computer simultaneously.We are looking for passionate individual to be the first point of contract in answering calls and emails to get our customers where they need to go with confidence. Were hiring associates to support customer service for a nationwide parking reservation app.These positions will assist customers via multiple support channels, including phone, chat andor email, to resolve customer issues, provide customer training, problem identification and resolution, issue escalation, and follow up.This position is onsite and open to those who reside in Guatemala. This can be a work from home position after 30 days of employment if you meet the work at home guidelines. Work at home opportunities are granted based on performanceattendance and business needs. You must have a distraction free environment, childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger and an internet connection not wifi. Work at home opportunities are not guaranteed.Qualifications3 months to 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
3 months to 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
Technical savvy able to toggle between multiple browsers systems using dual monitors
Quick learner and able to work independently
Positive attitude
Type 2535 words per minute accurately
18 years of age, a background check applicable with local laws is required
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English Must be a level C1 or above
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, youll take the lead in addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email andor chat
Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
Effectively communicate with patience and understanding
Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
Flexibility to cross train as requested
Perform other duties as assigned

Hours and StatusShifts 700a400p or 400pm1100pm CST Work Days MF Every Other Wkd
Paid Training typically 3 weeks in length from 800am500pm MonFri CST
Status Full Time 30 hours
