- 2-3 years of experience creating content for brands on social media, consumer-focused experience preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to maintain and increase social media engagement.
- Strong writing skills, with a deep understanding of the nuances of language and strong editorial judgment
- Ability to interact with audiences online, answering questions and facilitating engagement.
- Strong familiarity with all major and up-and-coming social media platforms
- Shoot and edit video for various social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop)
- Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
- Voracious social media consumer and a passion for discovering trends.
- Experience with data and ability to use it to inform decisions, experience with Sprinklr a plus
- Positive, energetic attitude and adaptability. Social media constantly changes, and you must be ready to change with it.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationship and partner across an organization effectively.
