- In-person/in the office Monday - Friday.
- After reaching key measurables, you can transition to a 50/50 hybrid schedule and then move to 100% fully remote WFH after further progression.
- Our office is located in Kennesaw, GA, one mile off of I-75 (just off Barrett Parkway).
- Win others over via your phone voice and etiquette. Here, we do not hide behind emails and texts, but we are in the business of letting our voice shine through the phone
- Working closely with the account managers to understand job specifications and success factors for each position we are filling
- Scouting for new talent using a variety of methods
- Understanding the salary requirements of candidates and negotiating compensation
- Managing interview schedules and logistics, collecting feedback on time, and assisting with hiring decisions
- Preparing periodic reports on submissions, interviews, confirmations, and placements for our clients
- Consult with and help candidates through the job offer and acceptance process - you get to be their cheerleader and number one supporter in this journey
- Read between the lines - you will be responsible for seeing the candidates for more than just their resume, but their experience, education, skills, training, cultural fit within the company, and for potential future matches

- Must hold a bachelors degree or have equivalent work experience in a people-oriented industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you are a communication wizard
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills - you are the type to color code your closet or always know where you left specific objects, even if not clearly visible
- Possess knowledge of social networking space and creative recruiting techniques
- Thoroughly understand leading practices in talent sourcing strategies
- Be able to implement advanced networking, candidate generation, and internet sourcing
- Have excellent judgment and always maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and the utmost professionalism in all situations
- Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
- Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime
