Experience: 12+ yearsJob DescriptionThe purpose of the National Business Head role is to manage the product life cycle in schools, including sales, operations, partner engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales planning and execution.
- Customer relationship management.
- Deliver topline and bottom-line numbers as per AOP.
- Team recruitment and leadership.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ensure school retention and value-retention.
- Cross-selling of new products.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales & operations team.
- Budget and expense management.
- Reports and analysis.
- 12+ years of experience in sales and operations, 5+ years in K-12 education sector
- Significant experience in building growth, implementation of educational products in schools.
- Excellent in key account handling and building long-term relationships with the schools.
- Good exposure to business development and sales; strong sales and negotiation skills
- Team handling experience.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.
