- Manages daily printing, picking and fulfillment of Ecommerce orders to ensure same day production timeline.
- Manages customer service inquiries to ensure world class and timely customer experience including product warranty, returns and exchanges.
- Works with fulfillment to efficiently and thoroughly capture each order request in detail to support full order process successfully.
- Manages website back end including inventory, customer profiles, and replacement orders.
- Works in conjunction with production team to understand lead times, inventory levels, and all details required to fulfill orders on time with accuracy.

- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle Systems and Shopify
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in a clear and professional manner.
