Job OverviewThe Customer Support Specialist will provide players with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and an interest in gaming.Reports toRegional Customer Support ManagerWhat will you do?Respond to player inquiries promptly and professionally in Chinese LanguageTroubleshoot and resolve technical/gaming issues related to gaming products and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesDocument player interactions and resolutions accurately in the systemMaintain a thorough understanding of our gaming products and stay updated on industry trendsMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all timesWhat are we looking for?Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindsetExcellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese LanguagePrior experience in front line service or customer service industryAbility to stay calm when players are stressed or upsetAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressureWilling to work on the weekends and in office * High School Graduate, Associates Degree preferredWhat additional skills will help you stand out?Advanced written and verbal communications skills in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent toolsExcellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systemsPassion for game is a plusBenefitsBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
