- Clinical Consultant (CC): Clinical Consultant will support departmental team members (client onsite) with system application knowledge. The CC leads the workflow analysis, assists with testing efforts.
- Clinical Consultant responsibilities:
- Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Client PACS solution.
- Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide a smooth, effective, and successful implementation.
- Supports clinical consulting services.
- Holds a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s).
- Configures or manages the configuration of Client PACS solution to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.
- Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
- Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Client PACS solution.
- Assist to coach and educate customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
- Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
- Collaborates with the project team to plan and execute the customers transition to first clinical use supporting all aspects of the clinical go live.
- Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.
- Identify application issues, investigate, and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document, and submit those according to standard process.
- Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Client processes. Performing workflow assessments

- Coaching and consulting with customer stakeholders to adopt change.
- Training customer users of the PACS solution
- Support first productive use or go-live transitions.
- 3+ year of experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
- Up to 2 years of clinical or related experience in Radiology PACS domain or specialty
- Solid understanding of industry standards for ethics and compliance risk within the Life Sciences industry.
- Must have strong relationship building skills, must be a team player and have cross-constituency facilitation skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of technology solutions such as MS Office, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Splunk a strong plus.
- Education – bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
