Field Service Engineer (Orlando Based)

- Provide hands on execution of projects including start up, commissioning, troubleshooting, engineering, design, modification, and repair of power delivery equipment.
- Lead and directly work with transformers, switchgears, OCBs, Circuit Breakers, busways, UPS systems, ATS, PLCs, Relays, control systems and related equipment.
- Perform administrative duties, writing technical reports, securing quotations, ordering materials, and preparing job reports for customers, time, and expense sheets.
- Lead outage projects with field engineers, technicians and contractors while maintaining knowledge of the report system to ensure timely and accurate input of field information.
- While providing the highest level of service, work directly with customers, service, and sales teams to identify new opportunities for growth and development of proposals and scope of work.
- Design and lead internal/external training to continue field and product knowledge, minimizing risks and ensuring integrity of the brand, components, and control costs for all parties.
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, or relatable field.
- 5 years of field engineering.
- Technical skills in testing of power distribution and delivery units. Strong experience in low and medium voltage breakers, switchgears, relays, and transformers.
- Repair and refurbishment experience of OEM power delivery equipment.
- Experience testing and commissioning MV synchronous machines, control systems and PLCs.
- Ability to travel 70%. Valid passport & drivers license.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work within the US.
