Position Overview:Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Fremont Division, the Outside Sales Representative will travel a mid-Ohio territory making on-site customer visits to current and prospective customers in a B2B setting.Responsibilities:Essential Job FunctionsWork 5 days in the field each week supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, making appointments, call preparation, report generation, etcResponsible for managing sales volume with existing customers while emphasizing volume growth and profitability of territory through new customersCreatively problem solve customers’ issues to improve their packagingGenerate qualified leads and guide them through a solution-based selling cycle to closeCultivate, create, and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork together in a team consisting of customer service, design, and other internal personnel regarding customer activitySubmit weekly work plans, expense reports, and monthly territory analysis to managementQualifications:Minimum BSBA required6+ years of proven sales experience with a record of opening new business in previously held positionStrong business acumenExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsHighly motivated, self-directed individual with a technical aptitude and problem-solving abilitiesWorking knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPointAbility to lift 50lbs. and use hands to demonstrate corrugated productsValid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving recordCompensation & Benefits:In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401(k), and company vehicle.
