Monday - Friday 4pm-9pm
Weekends 4hr shifts flexible times.Male with Parkinson's
ADL's
- Medications 5x/day
- Assist with dressing and undressing as needed
- Meal prep for every meal
- Light housekeeping to keep his room and bathroom tidy
- Guide physical therapy exercises
- Verbal cues when walking (telling him to “take big steps” if he gets stuck/frozen)
- Emotional reassurance for anxiety and confusion, reviewing calendar of plans
- Some basic iPhone and iPad support
- Some bathing help with showers
- 40-60 years old
- Present in the moment.
