To accomplish this, we are looking for individuals who share our sense of excellence and are ready to embrace new opportunities!The Cooks is responsible for preparing, portioning, grilling, and presenting a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered EventsJob Responsibilities:Prepares menu dishes following established recipes and undesignated ingredients that meet production and quality standards.Ensure ingredients and final products are freshHandle and store ingredients and foodMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsClean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensilsCook food products for patients, café, catering functions, and doctor's lounge. Maintain high quality, proper temperatures and garnish all plates.Coordinates with the Production Chef and Food Service Coordinators to ensure scheduled meal preparation and/or meal deliveryJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
