- Collaborate to design and develop training programs in line with organizational objectives.
- Deliver training in different formats, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and currency of training content.
- Steward the learning culture by creating internal and external facing communications and marketing materials to drive engagement with available resources
- Serve as a program manager for learning events or e-journeys; oversee aspects of coordination, logistics and support
- Facilitate learning calendar management, maintaining master calendar of all learning events
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records
- Administer department budgets and engage in vendor selection, procurement and onboarding activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of L&D operations experience; preferably in support of a technical workforce or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to handle confidential data and work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employees, including senior management
