- Create innovative, concise, and user-friendly training materials that improve employee knowledge and advancement
- Execute the strategy and structure of our online learning platform, Quest (Axonify)
- Support the daily administration and functionality of the platform
- Create training content for all learning styles, with a focus on significant increases in video content
- Utilize the Axonify Reinforcement method to create curriculum that increases knowledge and retention over time
- Design and refine assigned learning paths that address new hire, cross-training, and promotional training needs for every role in the field
- Proactively collaborate with all departments for engagement and relevant materials in the searchable Discover library
- Design behavioral evaluations, certification assessments, reporting functions, and AI tools for accuracy, clarity, and mobility
- Develop milestones and self-directed learning that ensure ongoing participation, and reinforce the Taziki's Career Path
- Utilize incentives to maximize employee platform use, including gamification, recognition, and rewards
- Equally support English and Spanish training materials
- Develop resources that support employee wellbeing, to include financial education, computer literacy, soft skills, leadership skills, and more
- Develop and manage talent matrix reporting for all staff that encompasses experience, education, skill sets, current role, and future aspirations
- Partner with Field Training to diagnose, assess and develop solutions to ensure effective training application
- Facilitate ongoing company communications such as webinars and newsletters, and support events like townhall meetings, conferences, etc
- Produce periodic and quarterly KPI reports to both field and RSC leadership on the relationship between employee learning and business impact
- Support admin and reporting as necessary for Taziki's HRIS system

- Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Learning & Development administration/support
- Preferred: Advanced degree such as Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology/Effectiveness, or Human Resources Management
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Certified Professional in Learning Performance (CPLP)
- Demonstrated experience developing various types of training and curriculum
- Demonstrated experience administering a complex learning platform software
- Experience leading and designing web meetings, learning management systems and event platforms
- Correct use of English grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary
- Basic written and verbal Spanish skills are a plus
- Graphic and video design and production skills
- Strong working knowledge of all Google Suite applications
- Some culinary/food safety knowledge is a plus
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
