MISSIONS MINISTRY LEAD CANDIDATEWe are looking for a passionate leader to help Keystone press into God’s heart for the world, both globally and locally. The candidate is someone who has missions experience, and it is a plus if you have lived in a cross-cultural context. You have a deep desire to infuse a global vision into each ministry area of the local church. You are not intimidated by a fast growing context, but are energized by the momentum and opportunities it brings. In general, you geek out about expanding and growing partnerships and mobilizing people of all ages toward local and global opportunities.CURRENT OUTREACH TEAMWe have an outreach ministry with growing momentum. The focus by elders and recent growth in engagement requires we add a ministry leader. Our local partnerships have been well-established by our part-time outreach staff, but we have opportunities for engagement at greater levels. Our global partnerships are expanding, and we need someone who can manage all parts of global engagement and help our church get involved.KEYSTONE CHURCHKeystone Church of Ankeny is a dynamically growing church in the fast-growing city of Ankeny, Iowa (a northern Suburb of Des Moines). We are a 10 year-old church averaging around 1,500 on Sunday morning. We are elder led, preach through books of the Bible, and take our mission to help people know and follow Jesus very seriously.
