- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar to generate appointments
- Self-gen leads and some door-knocking are required.
- Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can adequately serve the marketplace
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- Preferably one year of sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- A schedule that allows for nights and weekend work.
- Exposure to sales and technical support is an advantage
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to travel and work irregular hours to visit client locations and offer demonstrations
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to pass NV background check
- High school diploma
