Always provide and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism when representing the Garda brand during interaction with customer, airport, branch and inflight personnel.
Maintain communication with ground support at origin and destination locations as well as airports and maintain a position at the aircraft to monitor the same.
Maintain a position on the tarmac in order to monitor shipments being transferred on and off the airplane
Enforce and report all security and safety violations and any deviation from air route or delays from the Ground crews to the reporting Manager.
Be able to provide outstanding customer service to all GardaWorld customers when delivering liability and assisting them with their shipping needs.
Communicate on a regular basis during the completion of all duties to assigned branch and Global Services leadership during and after completion of each flight/transport of liabnility.
Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
Tracking all shipments assigned to him/ her via various systems, Geo Tab/ email and contacting branches to make sure all shipments are on track. Escalating any delays to GM.
Be able to complete AWB, airline security agreements and other required paperwork.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 1 Year of experience as a courier or logistics security operations
Ability to work weekends and flexible range of hours
Must be at least 21 years of age
A current and valid driver's license and valid Passport
Heavy lifting required minimum (50lbs)
Must be able to travel throughout the US via air travel and possible international travel as the primary function of this role requires.
Previous operational experience while working in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail oriented and security conscious
Basic math skills
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional, positive demeanor
Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively
