- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems or related field OR an equivalent combination of college coursework and experience as a Project Manager or related responsibilities defining and/or managing project scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery equaling four (4) years, and Five (5) years related project management experience.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (any exception requires Project Management peer group approval and the employee must acquire PMP certification within 12 months of hire).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems or related field OR an equivalent combination of college coursework and experience as a Project Manager or related responsibilities defining and/or managing project scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery equaling four (4) years, and Twelve (12) years related project management experience.
- PMP certification required.
2) Develops and presents comprehensive project plan to project sponsors, management, executives and external stakeholders. Obtains all necessary internal and external support and approval.3) Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, vendor relationships and troubleshooting. Negotiates to obtain team members and resources.4) Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.5) Oversees schedules and directs multidisciplinary team resources.
