Ability to communicate and positively influence colleagues as well as executive management (Directors and VP’s)Establish and develop the financial reporting and forecasting processes further to achieve high predictability as well as an optimized cost position across the full scope of the GSC end to end supply chain (initial focus on global freight / logistics)Financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Promote cost management and loss analysis, provide tools, check consistency, create, analyse, and communicate cost reports and action plans to drive the achievement of positive resultsDrive harmonised processes across the areas of responsibilitySupport various projects and provide follow-ups and financial insight. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and as requested. Quickly close projects and take initiative to find and tackle the next challengeCoach and train the local finance and supply chain organizations, and cascade global GSC Finance initiativesYou Identify Yourself WithEven if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you!University degree in Finance. 5+ years’ experience in an international company in a finance function. Experience in supply chain preferred. Additional experience in other financial areas would be a plus. Understanding of the FMCG industry and manufacturing processesCollaborative personality that combines drive and motivation to succeed, with care for colleagues and outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English, as well as presentation skillsAbility to manage complex projects and competing deadlines, while minimizing stress for self and colleaguesKnowledge of financial regulations, and understanding of the importance of financial complianceAbility to work as part of a remote / virtual team with some travel required (
25%)Knowledge of financial reporting systems as well as standard software.
