IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

• Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and data backup/recovery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug the windows issue.
• Troubleshoot and fix system error logs and user-reported errors.
• Troubleshoot and work with hardware vendors to replace, install or upgrade required hardware.
• Provide technical support to application teams.

• Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support role.
• Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
