As a Facility Resource Coordinator, you'll get to:
  • Collaborate and greet 3rd party vendors to monitor work orders, provide proper work direction, and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out.
  • Maintain building utility functions, uphold cleanliness, and create a conducive working environment for employees.
  • Manage store room inventory levels, including reordering and stocking of office supplies. Load and unload supplies and products.
  • Manage mailroom deliveries and shipments
  • Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Six months of customer service experience required
  • Able to lift 40lbs
