- Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new assignments.
- Working closely with fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service that meets all their needs, and identify areas of opportunity within each client account.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the legal industry.
- Collaborating with the wider team in developing marketing collaterals and creating compelling proposals and presentations.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to both clients and candidates.
- Any other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Legal/Professional services firm.
- Proven experience in preparing proposal (RFP) responses, pitch materials, presentations and other related materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively manage assigned workload, while delivering an accurate and high standard of work.
