KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Change Consultant in Palo Alto.The certified change practitioner (Prosci or other change methodology) is to engage in hands-on change management to support the people side of change. Working alongside our change team, the ideal candidate will consult with project teams to deliver change management expertise, including conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment and change plans, design of sessions, facilitation, training, advisory/coaching and hands-on delivery. This role will report into our HR Talent Development team.Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Change Management certified (e.g. Prosci, or other change management methodology)
  • Ability to work collaboratively - with project manager, project team members and leaders, etc.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization supporting various groups/teams
  • Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and produce deliverables (not just consult/advise)
  • Hybrid worker with expectation of being on-site for critical meetings, client engagements, etc.
  • 5-8 years of experience as change consultant and/or leading change initiatives, including OCM activities such as change strategy and plan, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment/measurement; identifying change management risks and issues and escalating/resolving as appropriate; and status reporting
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale, organizational changes and/or leading small-mid size organizational change initiatives e.g., process, policy, org design, culture/behavior change.
  • Experience working in a unionized and regulated organization, preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
  • Leading change from within a medium-large organization preferred.
  • Experience working with senior and mid-level leadership.
  • Meeting facilitation – building shared understanding and leading groups to align on common objectives.
