- Change Management certified (e.g. Prosci, or other change management methodology)
- Ability to work collaboratively - with project manager, project team members and leaders, etc.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization supporting various groups/teams
- Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and produce deliverables (not just consult/advise)
- Hybrid worker with expectation of being on-site for critical meetings, client engagements, etc.
- 5-8 years of experience as change consultant and/or leading change initiatives, including OCM activities such as change strategy and plan, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment/measurement; identifying change management risks and issues and escalating/resolving as appropriate; and status reporting
- Proven experience supporting large-scale, organizational changes and/or leading small-mid size organizational change initiatives e.g., process, policy, org design, culture/behavior change.
- Experience working in a unionized and regulated organization, preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
- Leading change from within a medium-large organization preferred.
- Experience working with senior and mid-level leadership.
- Meeting facilitation – building shared understanding and leading groups to align on common objectives.
